ABSTRACT:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly emerged as a transformative force in various domains, including healthcare. In mental health, AI presents a plethora of opportunities to improve assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and overall patient care. However, integrating AI into mental health practices comes with its own set of challenges. This review explores the current landscape of AI applications in mental health, discusses the challenges encountered, and highlights opportunities for future development.
